Shipping and Returns

• Please note that all import fees/customs duties are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Our store will not accept any responsibility for customs charges.
• Many countries do not charge import duties on private items, samples and goods below a certain declared value.
• However, you may have to pay taxes when the goods you ordered from us arrive in your country.
• You will obviously want this to be as low as possible, but our online store cannot give you advice or information about your country’s tax and customs rates.
• You should ensure that you obtain information about the regulations in your own country before ordering.
• We don’t add any taxes, hidden costs or sales tax. You pay what you see on the checkout page, i.e. the cost of the merchandise and the cost of shipping.
• However – In most countries around the world, you have to pay taxes on imported goods. Sometimes, goods under a certain value or in certain categories may be exempt from taxation.
• The rules are different in each country.
• In many countries the rules are often applied differently in different places, and sometimes somewhat haphazardly.

RIGHT OF RETURN / RESOLUTION

(Article 4 of Decree Law No. 24/2014 of 14 February, amended by Law No. 47/2014 of 28 July)

The Customer has the right to resolve/rescind the contract within 14 days from the day on which the Customer or a third party on his/her behalf, acquires physical possession of the good, or of the last good in the case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately. Effects of resolution

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and, in any event, within 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will proceed with this refund using the same means of payment that you used in the initial transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

In any event, the Customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned Products or until you have provided proof of having sent the items, whichever is the earlier.

Return of items

If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for bearing the cost of returning the goods.

Responsibility and Warranty

The Customer is only responsible for the depreciation of the items resulting from handling other than that necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the items.
